Workplace Consultation
Programs
North Shore Child and Family Guidance has long recognized that mental health supports
in the workplace are important. Our staff have provided organizational and program
consultation to numerous agencies, school districts, child care and early learning
centers, and major corporations in the metropolitan area. We recognize the impact
of family and health issues on staff performance and of workplace tensions on
individual and family functioning. Our staff, with particular training in group
and systems development, can address life cycle and mental health issues and their
role in the workplace. Programs include educational workshops and forums,
and more comprehensive on-going supports. Services can be offered at the workplace
site or our Center.
