More than 300 guests attended North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center’s annual spring luncheon. This year’s event, which supports the guidance center’s mission to restore and strengthen the emotional well-being of children and their families, garnered a record-breaking $120,000.
The gathering at Glen Head Country Club began with games of Mahjong and Canasta accompanied by exclusive boutique shopping from Long Island small businesses, including A2Z Loungewear, Becca London Jewelry, Chick Magnet, the Chintz Giraffe, DASH, Excessorize, Gallery Couture, Glam Mom New York, Meems, Stone Sisters, and 2 Friends.
The keynote speaker was Lisa McCarthy, CEO and co-founder of the Fast Forward Group, a leadership development and executive coaching firm. A Port Washington native, McCarthy is known for delivering inspirational sessions worldwide.
